Please note RASAG has in the past received horror stories from people who have tried to claim civil compensation through a solicitor and who have ended up having to find large amounts of money to cover legal fees or in turn had a large amount of money deducted from their compensation. We as a support group deplore theses firms for their tactics, and we also realize that the majority of those who come here, looking for information have only one quest in mind and that is to find as much information as is possible on the disease which affects either you or your loved.

We would therefore recommend you read our compensation page before embarking upon legal action. Furthermore RASAG has its own independent legal advisors, therefore should you feel you have any complicated legal question, which need answers please feel free to contact the group, either by phone or e-mail. We will give you the right answers, should we be unable to answer your question there and then, we will give you an answer within 24 hours.

ALL OUR SERVICES ARE FREE

Our services are available to all irrespective of geographical boundaries, or your status within the asbestos industry. Each member of our co-operative committee actually posses various skills and abilities.
